Summary: We usually stay at Marriott hotels however I decided to try at the Hyatt and found them to be far superior. I was surprised! The breakfast and amenities outshone Marriott as did the friendliness of the staff at this facility. I’ll definitively be staying here again in my travels. The hotel was so clean and in a new area of the city. The Outlet mall is walking distance with great shops and fun restaurants. The Thai place was amazing!

Summary: Everything was very nice and clean. The absolutely only thing that was not through the roof excellent was the breakfast. It was not edible. Potatoes were hard enough to actually break a window if you threw it. Thank goodness for them having cereal as an option because nothing really seemed to be prepped or cooked from that morning. No pun intended, but it was small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. We were so satisfied with our suite and the cleanliness that the breakfast seemed insignificant. Would def stay there again and would def recommend.

Staff were every where around the pool and proceeded to trim trees in the pool area with small chain saws. The noise was so bad that it was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately this was the end of a week long trip and my kids were looking forward to swimming before we went home. We had to leave early due to the maintenance workers.

Summary: The room was decent, but the ceiling of our ground floor room had a huge hole that had been patched, in the bathroom. The bathroom had a horrible methane/sewage smell to it, that seemed to come through the fan or maybe the drain in the shower? It was super stinky, and constant, in just that area. We thought it might go away- but nope. The rest of the room was nice. We stayed 2 nights we booked, and needed to stay an additional night, but booked elsewhere, because the smell was so bad. Hotel desk was notified, and apologized. Hope they get the problem figured out.

Summary: While the room was lovely, spacious, and nicely lit, it seemed that the place was seriously understaffed. We couldn’t get a drink at the bar because the same person was running the front desk and the bar. When you can reach a staff member, they are very kind and try their very best to help you but the bottom line is there’s just not enough people to do all the work that is required. Recommend having two front desk people minimum at all times. it’s stressful for customers to have to watch these people run off their feet constantly. Treat your front desk people with more respect and hire adequate help. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this place. It was super busy but the walls are thick enough that you don’t really hear anyone else. The rooms seem to have been recently updated and the bed is very comfortable.

Summary: Solid place but their policy requiring a food purchase in order to buy a drink at the bar is ridiculous. Not sure what the point of that was but ended up spending $14 for a can of beer, ice cream, and a cookie since the ice cream didn’t count towards that policy. But once I decided on the ice cream I couldn’t resist getting it too.

Summary: Almost everything was fantastic but the one thing that pulled it down made our experience here pretty bad. I'm not sure what they used to clean their linens, but my partner experienced intense rashes and itchiness. We weren't able to connect the dots at first but it became clear as day right after we left. I called the hotel after and they basically acknowledged that their detergent is way too strong. Summary: Upon arrival I entered the front lobby area where an employee sitting behind the check-in desk looked at me with a blank stare, and didn't say anything to me after I approached the counter. For an awkward amount of time standing there looking confused with my luggage and dogs, I asked the person if I was in the right place to check-in. They responded with "Oh, you want to check-in?".. Not sure why they asked me, as it was pretty obvious that's what I was there to do. The entire exchange was quite odd and very unwelcoming. Basic hospitality from a hotel front desk is acknowledging and or greeting incoming guests (especially those with luggage in hand) by saying hello or asking the guest what to help them with.
